How long will my order take?
Every MOUJ piece is made to order with exceptional craftsmanship. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production and delivery.
What materials are used in MOUJ jewelry?
Every MOUJ piece is handcrafted in solid 18k gold and set with carefully selected, high-quality diamonds and gemstones. Our natural diamonds are chosen for their exceptional brilliance, clarity, and finish, ensuring even the smallest pavé diamonds sparkle beautifully. Each piece is accompanied by a MOUJ Certificate of Authenticity confirming its materials and specifications.
Can I return or exchange my order?
As every MOUJ piece is made to order, purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless in a rare case the item arrives defective or incorrect.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the available tracking details.
Can I place an order through WhatsApp?
Yes. Customized orders and selected inquiries may be arranged directly through WhatsApp. Ready-to-order collection pieces can be purchased through our website.
Can I request a design that is not available on the website?
Yes. MOUJ welcomes bespoke and fully customized requests. As a creative artist and the founder of MOUJ, they will personally work to develop each request into a refined piece that feels unique to you while remaining true to MOUJ’s design language and identity. Please share your idea, preferred materials and any reference images with our team so we can explore the possibilities.
How do I choose the correct ring size?
All MOUJ ring sizes are listed in US sizing. Customers are responsible for confirming the correct size before placing an order. You may use a reliable online size-conversion guide to convert your local ring size into US sizing, or visit a local jeweler for an accurate measurement if you are unsure. For any sizing questions before ordering, please contact our team.
Does the WHOOP charm include the WHOOP strap or device?
No. MOUJ WHOOP designs include the fine-jewelry charm only. The WHOOP device and strap are not included.
Are the diamonds natural or lab-grown?
The smaller diamonds used throughout our pieces are natural diamonds unless otherwise stated. Certain designs with larger center stones may feature a lab-grown diamond, which will always be clearly mentioned in the product description. Natural diamond upgrades may also be available upon request.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are separate from your MOUJ order and are the responsibility of the recipient.
